We built the Tiny Guest House for friends and family and love sharing the space with people traveling to Bellingham. The studio is within walking distance of both WWU (1.0 mile) and downtown (0.8 miles). The Guest House is quite small (200sf), it has a queen bed in the loft and a full sized futon on the main floor. And no kitchen.
