We are a family run Bed and Breakfast and pride ourselves on providing luxury and comfortable accommodation within our home and do all we can to ensure you enjoy your stay with us. Grassington spacious B&B with incredible views

Our Bed and Breakfast is located in Grassington in the Yorkshire Dales. It's a stunning part of the world and perfect for exploring! It is a beautiful spacious period house which is in a fabulous location. You can book as many of the rooms as you need. There is a large lounge solely for our guests use. There are tea and coffee making facilities, as well as a fridge for guest use. It is only a five minute walk to the centre of Grassington. This is not a self-catering property, but a B&B.

The Smithery Bed & Breakfast is in the heart of Hebden Bridge, a historic mill town in the Pennines. A characterful grade II listed weavers’ cottage by the picturesque Rochdale Canal and Calder Holmes Park. HB is the perfect base to explore the Pennines, Brontë Country, the villages of Haworth & Heptonstall, and the Piece Hall in Halifax. Independent shops, Handmade Parade, Arts festivals. Ingleborough Micro Lodge

Beautiful barn conversion which is ideally situated for walkers and 3 Peaks Challenge adventurers! It offers 3 bedrooms in the main house and is within walking distance of the local pubs, café and train station and has its own private car park for guests. From April 2019 2 (dog friendly) micro lodges/pods will be added and are located in the walled garden area next to the main house, both with private terrace and bbq. Pods are en-suite and equipped with TV, fridge, microwave and sofa.

Garden Cottage is brand new spacious modern and gorgeous. Situated in the heart of Masham behind Garden House Bed and Breakfast this one bedroom cottage is the perfect base for your time in Masham. Enjoy the open plan lounge and kitchen relax in the stunning copper bath the ultimate place to chill after a lovely day. Sit in your own courtyard and enjoy a bbq. There’s two single sofa beds in the lounge ideal for children and you can bring up to two dogs. Private parking is available.

Cosy Room in fabulous Barn Conversion

Enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in a cosy private room in our home, which is a lovely barn conversion with south facing views. Parking on site with security camera. Waddams Barn is a fabulous barn conversion at the heart of this lovely Dales village. Within a few minutes walking distance are the Fox and Hounds and the Wensleydale Heifer. One offering fine 5* dining and the other a popular Camra traditional pub with a great atmosphere.

Seaside Town * Private Bathroom * Good Breakfast

Victorian house built in 1892 with some original features and high ceilings. Your bedroom is large with a private bathroom just outside your door (not en-suite). The area is quiet and parking is guaranteed. The small garden is a pleasant space with a running water pond, on sunny mornings our guests really appreciate having breakfast there. We are a small, characterful Bed & Breakfast in Yorkshire Dales with two good sized ensuite double rooms to chose from. You are able to book just one or both rooms. The rate quoted for 2 people is for double occupancy of one room. There is a cosy sitting room for guests with woodburning stove, lots of period features and antique furniture.
