We are renting an apartment in center of Novigrad. The city of Novigrad has a history that goes far back in time. The whole city is surrounded by walls which gives visitors a feeling of security and shelter. The apartment gives you a feeling of freshness and privacy. You can relax in peace on the private terrace or jump to the beach, which is a two-minute walk away. Near the apartment there are beaches, the central street which offers a lot of fun, in restaurants, bars and street entertainers.

You will step into a heart of Istria for a moment. The accommodation consists of two smaller houses, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a pool house with an additional sleeping gallery for two and one more bathroom. Accommodation capacity is up to 6 people and ideal for 4 people, for a family, two couples or friends. Heated pool. One house has two bedrooms with a capacity for two people each, bathroom, living room and kitchen. The second house has one more kitchen, a bathroom and a sleeping gallery.

Our private villa is situated on the waterfront with direct access to the sea where you can snorkel, dive and enjoy the coral reef in front of the house. It is surrounded by 10.000 m2 private land filled with botanical plants and trees, with beautiful view, if you're lucky you can see dolphins from the porch! The villa features a large seaside terrace with lounge beds and hammocks were you can relax overlooking the sea enjoying completely in the private atmosphere with you family or friends.

The Garden Studio

Just 300m from the sparkling Adriatic, this cozy garden studio is your perfect seaside hideout. Wake to birdsong and enjoy morning coffee in the garden, then stroll to beach bars or swim spots via a secret path. Freshly painted in calming tones, it features a peaceful bedroom with a king-size bed, fully equipped self-catering kitchen, private patio, and washing machine. In the evening, enjoy a meal in the peaceful garden. Solo escape or low-key getaway—relax and enjoy laid-back vibes.

Cozy Studio for 2

The studio is ideal for a short stay, for guests who are passing through or planning a short stay to meet our beautiful city and need to sleep for a couple of nights. Everything is available in 3 minutes by a car, a shop center Galeria, cafés, health center, pharmacies, beaches and city center. The Studio1 is located in the quite and very famous neighbourhood in Poreč city. We always make sure our guests feel welcomed providing cold beverages in the fridge (water, beer, soda…)

Very charming apartment in a fantastic location directly in front of the sea : nice and rare terrace with wonderful and direct Adriatic seaview ! Located in the quiet heart of Piran, superb venetian old city, close to restaurants, shops and local market. The luminous studio can accomodate 2 adults guests and is modernly renovated. Welcome in Piran, venetian jewel ! Note : Due to Covid, a reinforced cleaning and disinfection protocol is applied between each traveler.

Studio apartman „Niko" nalazi se na prvom katu zgrade koja je smještena u centru mirnog mjesta Červar-Porat koje je udaljeno cca. 5km od centra Poreča. Udaljen je otprilike 50 metara od mora, a do najbliže plaže ima samo 5 minuta pješice. U neposrednoj blizini (u radijusu od 50m) i ispod apartmana nalaze se pekara, kafici, restorani i trgovine zbog čega zna biti glasnije tijekom ljetne sezone.

The 66 sqm fully equipped apartment with AC is on the 3rd floor (NO elevator, sorry ;) of a building block in a residential area of Poreč (Case popolari :). The beach and the center are 10 minutes by walk away.
