Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers & families (with kids). Easy access to all transport links. We welcome everybody.

Highland River Cottage with Hot Tub

A cute and cosy modernised cottage with hot tub surrounded by fields and with a beautiful river at the bottom of the garden. The house is well situated and has a spacious patio and lawn, enclosed garden with access to walks up the river and other beautiful local areas. A good base to strike out for West Coast and Highlands. We recently added a twin room in addition to our double en-suite and king bedrooms. A MAX 4 ADULTS, you will certainly not feel like you're staying in a tiny home.

Cute tiny shepherd's hut near to the village

Our quirky, cute shepherd's hut sits in a semi-wild orchard next to our house, and near to an historic mill. It is ideal for one or two people and comes equipped with a comfortable double bed, a folding table, a small kitchen area with a microwave, kettle and toaster and a tiny private bathroom, with a hot shower. Outside, the decking provides a space to relax. The BBQ provides an option for dinner. Drinking water is from a tap on the side of the hut.

Clematis Cottage is ideal for visits to Fortrose, the Black Isle and a good base for Inverness which is just 15mins drive away. It offers comfort, peace and quiet in a newly renovated character cottage with log burner and private garden less than 200m from the beach and harbour, centrally located with restaurants, bars, shops and cafes just a short walk away. Close to the golf course, Chanonry Point, beach, harbour and other tourist attractions.
