Perfect for a weekend getaway to relax and unwind.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). I do have a 50.00 pet fee per dog up to 2 dogs only. It is located just above the entrance to the Smoke Hole Canyon with great fishing, beautiful scenery along the paved country curvy road. You can drive through the canyon and come out on Rt 28 just below the Smoke Hole caverns and gift shop. Then continue to Seneca Rocks and hike the rocks or drive to Nelson Rocks for zip lining.

The home is an adorable cottage perfect for both a romantic getaway or a family/friends retreat. Enjoy views of the small orchard on the 3 acre wooded property from the large deck and two firepits. The Orchard Cottage is a great base to explore local wineries, hiking, and nearby Bryce Resort. Conveniently located 2 hrs from DC, 45 minutes from Harrisonburg, and only 12 minutes from Bayse/Bryce Ski Resort. Only a 15 min drive to I-81 to conveniently access all the Shenandoah Valley has to offer

The Hay Loft sits in the middle of 43 beautiful acres, overlooking our working hay farm with stunning views of the Shenandoah Mountains. We are conveniently located near restaurants, vineyards, antiquing, battlefields, golf resorts, ski resorts and caverns. Spacious rustic/luxe suite w/gas fireplace; king bed and bathroom with tiled shower, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator with small freezer, dishes and and outdoor gas grill and Outdoor fire pit with wood provided .

The Magnolia House

The Magnolia House is located in the town of Broadway nestled in the Shenandoah Valley. Convenient to so many things to see and do. Nearby attractions include Bryce Resort ( a 4 season resort), New Market historic battlefield and museum, Luray and Shenandoah caverns, multiply vineyards, antique/flea market shopping and only 18 miles to Harrisonburg. The house is a short walk to Heritage park. The park offers a children play area, picnic shelters, a walking path and pickleball courts.
