My place is located in a small seaside development. It is one level, bright, spacious, elegantly and fully equipped. The Mediterranean garden is secluded and tranquil. The local sandy beach is just 3 minutes walk and Chania center only 10 min drive. The house is elegant and of perfect location which provides the opportunity to choose between relaxing holidays in a private environment or the nightlife of Chania town making either way the most of your holidays.

A beach house located in a private house complex, with two balconies (viewing the sea), a kitchen, a bedroom area with two beds and a living space. The 4th bed is a portable one and will be added if needed.
