Gadd Spring Inn- Park Suite

The Park Suite is a great for being near downtown. It includes a king bed, private bath, kitchenette, wifi, flat screen tv, and outdoor deck. The Suite has a private entrance with off street parking. Common areas include the garden and our (Grotto) where you can see Gadd spring, one of the areas many natural springs. It’s a short walk to Historic downtowns shops, restaurants, and activities. Eureka Springs Cottage on South Main Street

The Cobbler’s Cottage, one of the oldest homes in Eureka Springs, has 2 floors with a bedroom on each, both with queen size beds. One bedroom is located upstairs in a romantic loft. The bath upstairs includes a Jacuzzi for two. On the ground level there is a sitting room with a couch & other seating, cable TV/DVD, WiFi. Just beyond is a dining nook is the kitchen area with a microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. The 2nd bedroom & a bath, with a shower, are located past the dining area.

The Station House~Family Friendly

The Station House is across from the ESNA train station and snuggled up under the wings of the iconistic Roundhouse. The rental is the bottom apartment in a duplex. The living room and master bedroom have great views of the train station. We are next to a trolley stop and a short distance from downtown shops, entertainment, hiking paths and restaurants. For about the price of a hotel room, you have a two-bedroom apartment with a living room, full kitchen, porches and a washer and dryer.

The Main house

The Main House is 4 bedrooms, 3 bath with 3 showers, 2 bedrooms on each floor ,with a lot of open space. There is a back deck with a screened in porch with views of the Ozark mountains, a gas fireplace in the family room. We are located just past the Cresent hotel on a dead end street with parking in the driveway and in front of the house. Walking distance to downtown. There is a separate Airbnb cottage on the same property called the Carriage House if you need additional space.

Teacup Cottage | 3BR • Walk Downtown • Parking

Teacup Cottage is on the historic loop in Eureka Springs. This 3BR/2BA whimsical home is located next door to Ermilio‘s, the renowned Italian restaurant. Built in 1879, Teacup is one the oldest homes in Eureka. The Crescent, America’s most haunted hotel is just a short walk from Teacup. Spring Street is only 0.2 miles - where all the galleries, shops, bars & restaurants can be found. Eureka is a hilly town but the trolley (stop 94) stops right in front of the cottage.
