This is a cosy apartment perfect for families or groups of friends. It is composed of 2 bedrooms and a modern kitchen open on the living room. We can accommodate up to 6 people. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the Apls and on the valley. The apartment is located 10 minutes walking distance from the center and 5 minutes by car to the ski lifts. This rent is done directly to me, the landlord. Board games, children games, books, comic books, video tapes and a Chromecast are at your disposal.

Place de parking intérieure (hauteur 2m), un local (casier) à ski pour les skis uniquement. A proximité de tout, commerces (coop 7/7, sport, laiterie, charcuterie, poste,...) A 10 minutes des remontées mécaniques (Montana CMA). A 15min du funiculaire, qui vous emmènera directement depuis Sierre (train)

Appartement confortable avec accès pratique. 4 personnes. 5 min. à pied du funiculaire et du télécabine Arnouva-Gd Signal. 2 chambres à coucher avec chacune 2 lits individuels, séjour lumineux, cuisine, s-de-bain, terrasse (42 m2), balcon, casier à skis, wifi. Du 21 décembre 2024 au 1 mars 2025 : séjour min. de 7 jours, du samedi au samedi. Frais de nettoyage inclus dans la location. Draps et serviettes à amener ou louer (35 CHF/pers.)
