Less than 5 minutes drive from downtown Courtenay, mountain bike trails to Comox Lake, Mount Washington Alpine Resort is 30 min drive, several golf courses with Crown Isle being 15 min away. Washington, here you can enjoy the mild climate and the winter green of the rainforest while staying nearly as close as possible to your next ski adventure.

Cumberland Lofthouse

Newly added Level 2 EV charger. The Lofthouse has sleeping/living space for 4 on the main level. Heated concrete floors. Fully stocked for a comfortable stay. Close to the forest trails and village amenities. The unique folding ladder to the (optional) loft is steep, so kids under 6 will need supervision. The ladder can be safely stowed against the wall. Safely store 3 bikes inside, and outside you can find a bike stand/wash station.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to beaches, trails, and downtown from this centrally located place. It is easy to bike or walk around Comox. The Comox Valley is a hub to mountain biking trails, notably Cumberland, Strathcona Park hiking trails, and Mount Washington skiing. Comox is on a peninsula surrounded by beautiful beaches. We also allow pets for a $45/trip but are willing to negotiate for shorter trips.
