The Dream Barn, Moynalty Village, Kells. Meath.

We are looking forward to welcoming you to Marianne Cottage at Johnsfort House. This recently renovated stone cottage is cosy and inviting especially with the sun shining on the patio or the stove lit inside. The exposed stone walls, limestone hearth and deep blue painted walls are just some of the features of this beautiful cottage. Peaceful cabin retreat on animal sanctuary

The cabin is situated at our home and small self funded vegan/vegetarian sanctuary on a hill, nestled in its own small wild nature garden and developing food forest of fruit, nuts and wild edibles. We have developed our whole site into a track system or otherwise known as Paradise paddock. Meet some of our rescue animals. Sit by the campfire and enjoy the views of the surrounding countryside. It's a great place to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Irish Midlands and surrounding counties.

An Lochta is a converted , two story, 19th century grain store, surrounded by a mature and carefully tended garden on a small farm, set in the idyllic rustic peace and quiet of rural Co Meath. Despite our seclusion, we are just 15 minutes from the M1 motorway, 1 hour from Dublin and within easy reach of the major historical sites of Meath, Louth, Cavan and Monaghan. (Unfortunately the layout of the building renders it unsuitable for wheelchair users).
