Woodland Cotswold Shepherd's Hut

This three year old hut is very comfy with multiple amenities including: a double futon bed (which is firm, but has a good foam mattress topper) a fold up and down dining table, a radiator, kitchen with mini fridge; plug electric hob; kettle and cookery equipment, a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower, books and binoculars for birdwatching on your walks. The hut sits on the edge of our private land, and backs onto a private footpath. Out front is a small stone patio with a fire pit and chairs.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot located on a working farm on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire border with rural views and great walks around the farm. We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. Many fantastic sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House, Diddly Squat (30 minutes). Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.

Set in a peaceful field on a working arable and livestock farm, within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, they offer a true piece of the English countryside and an authentic rural experience. Each hut also has a private patio, wood-fired hot tub and fire pit where you can relax and enjoy the stunning Cotswold views.

Tom's Hut

Get away from it all in a cosy shepherd’s hut amongst trees in a beautiful rural location. Tom's Hut has a comfortable double bed, storage below and a compact kitchen unit with double gas hob, sink and fridge, pots, pans crockery and cutlery. Keep warm with a wood-burner and fire wood provided, or underfloor heating. Outside, there is a table for al-fresco dining. A newly built, heated shower room is close to the hut. Just 3 miles from Newent and various pubs. Please note there is no WiFi.

This beautiful bespoke-made sheperd’s hut is located one mile outside the charming market town of Chipping Norton. Chipping Norton is a hub of activity with a bustling well-stocked bookshop, cafés and restaurants. Our beautiful shepherd's hut is located on a working arable farm. Sylishly decorated and comfortable, with a small kitchenette; en-suite bathroom complete with shower and a woodburner for those cooler evenings. Set in 3/4 acre of grassed space with a wooded backdrop and views of the Ridgeway, the tranquil setting will allow you to relax, especially while luxuriating in the wood fired hot tub. Parking is at the farm, but access to hut is on foot only (300m). We are NOT Bourton on the Water

Private, luxurious and cosy shepherd hut

"Hares Rest" shepherd hut is situated in a private location within a paddock with amazing rural views. Hares, red kites, barn swallows and deer are just some of the wild life you can see. Good pubs within various walking distance (3, 30 and 45 mins). Bowood House, adventure park, golf course and spa is 5 mins drive away. The train station is a 10 minute drive with easy access to Bath. We have horses so only very well behaved dogs are allowed by prior agreement and additional charge.

Included in your stay are Kayaks, Paddle Boards & Bikes so you can kayak to the pub or cycle in to Bath and create some great memories and fun photo opportunities. At the end of the day you can relax in the outdoor bath with the fire crackling overlooking the water (Large glass of wine in hand optional) The hut is fully equipped with everything you will need for a perfect stay.
