This is a cozy studio with it's own entry, kitchen, bathroom, black out curtains, WiFi & parking. There's a patio with table, chairs and a heater that you're welcome to share with me, and you'll have garden views from the Suite. It's located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown Cotati, Oliver's Market (the best!) and other restaurants, services, and the SMART train station. I live in the main house & have two little dogs & a big cat that rules the roost. Welcome!

A perfect place to create, read, write, draw, eat meals and gather. It includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths (including a clawfoot tub), a private garden patio and an outdoor shower.
