Family friendly and unique New Yorker apartment with sauna.

After enjoying Copenhagen all the day, you will love to spend time in the big living room together as a family or relax in the sauna. You will experience that it is a very personal apartment with unique and exciting things, which makes it an experience to live here. The apartment, originally from 1849, has undergone an extensive renovation, resulting in a timeless yet modern home. There is also a small and cosy balcony. The apartment consists of one large room (kitchen/living room), a master bedroom, to smaller rooms and a big bathroom with a really nice sauna with room for three persons. You'll find a ground plan under photos. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and a Quooker (a tap with boiling water). In the living room you'll find cool retro furniture, a 55'' TV and blu-ray. We use Sonos sound system in the apartment. There is also a small and cosy balcony where smoking is allowed. The street is a charming little side street to Strøget where you'll find the old cinema Grand, the wine bar Villa Vino and a bakery where you can buy tasty Danish pastry. But this is only the beginning! There are loads of cafes, bars, shops, museums etc. nearby, and the apartment is located 10 minutes on foot from Copenhagen Central Station. We offer a quiet and comfy 110 m2 house in 1432, downtown Copenhagen (cargo bike included depending on availability). We are surrounded by great nature, within an 8 minute bike ride to iconic Nyhavn, and at reach of great culinary experiences. Walk 5 min and bath in the harbor! Copenhagen is a great city and you'll find rest here after a hard exploration day

Peacefull apartement rigth in the center of the City by the Waterfront and a balcon overlooking the habour. Plenty of room for 4 adults or family of 4! Two bedrooms each with a dobbelbed, we also have a crib for a baby if needed. The kitchen is fully equipted - you are welcome to use what you find! Lots of attractions, restaurants and shopping are literally just around the corner. Transportation nearby, bycikle rental and waterbusses just outside. Sunny and cosy cortyard with grill free to use.

The apartment has a stunning sea-view balcony facing the Canals of Copenhagen Harbour - sun all afternoon/evening to enjoy beautiful sunsets! It´s close to nature and the center by metro 5 min and 10 min from the airport.

The master bedroom is accomplished with a TEMPUR bed. Central to Carlsberg City, close to everything. Really good transport options with only 1 min. to S-train (Carlsberg station) and 10 min. to the metro (Enghave Plads). Parking just below the building for a fee. 2-minute walk to cafes, restaurants and shopping.

Kom og slap af i vores skønne hus med frodig have og brændefyret sauna. Hvis I har børnene med er der også legehus, trætop-hus og trampolin. Nyd haven i alt slags vejr i den smukke glasudestue, grill på terrassen og slut dagen af med en tur i saunaen. Få friske æg til morgenmaden fra vores søde høns og køb morgenbrød hos den lokale bager, 2 minutters gang fra huset. Huset ligger tæt ved et naturområde og en kort køretur fra københavn samt Kastrup/Amager strandpark.
