This 2 BR 1 bath house is also close to hiking trails, waterfalls, apple picking, & a winery in the fall, and in winter, there’s skiing at Catamount (it’s just six miles away!) and a distillery nearby. A house for all seasons! Please note the house is 5 houses back and across a quiet road from the lake, and the dock is in the lake from the beginning of May to mid-September. But there is plenty to do up here during the rest of the year!

After raising our family in the larger side, we moved to the attached, yet fully separate apartment . We're looking to rent the larger 2,900 sq. ft., 4 bedroom/3 bathroom side, which sits on 1.5 acres with a fenced in backyard and parking area. 60" satellite Tv in big room and two other smaller tvs in master bedrooms.

The surrounding area is gorgeous with rolling hills and farms.
