This brand new country farmhouse overlooks Oaks Creek with stunning rural views, yet is only 2.5 miles from Cooperstown and 1.5 miles to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Only 3.9 miles (8 min) to Cooperstown’s Main Street in the spring, summer and fall and 5.7 miles (10 min) in winter.

This guest suite has all the comforts of home. It's a comfortable walk or bike ride to the Hall of Fame, historic downtown, the Farmer's Museum and beautiful Otsego Lake. A 24-hour grocery store is around the corner and we're close to the trolley that will take you all over Cooperstown in the summer. And it's only a 10 minute drive to Brewery Ommegang. Our decor is an Adirondack theme. Log bed, knotty pine. ceiling lighting and windows for natural brightness. Quiet, warm, relaxing. A large pond to enjoy, sitting by with a good book or watching the wildlife. We have a cobblestone firepit to enjoy during the evening surrounded by seating. We are a short distance from many attractions in Cooperstown including the Baseball Hall of Fame!!!!!!!!!!!!
