The not so tiny, tiny house (with private laundry)

This tiny house is a 525 sqft home sitting offset from our main home. It has everything from a fully stocked kitchen to a laundry room inside this cozy home. Pots/pans, dishes and even a crock pot and waffle maker stock the kitchen. You will have a private fenced in front area with a seating area and artificial grass. We have built this home to welcome you as our friends and keep you comfortable. The home is located in a dog friendly neighborhood. * we do decorate for major US holidays

Exotic getaway in Sobrante hills

This is Mongolian traditional yurt when we married 40 years ago, our parents built it for us. It is located in our backyard about 90 feet from the street on the deck under pine trees. Path to the yurt has 12 steps and 15 degree up on some part of the deck. We have beautifully decorated, half around, eclectic full bathroom outside the yurt just 2 steps away. Yurt has low front door and low beds and seats. No tv, no wifi. It is out of your comfort zone! No human contact, self check in.

Quiet Garden In-law with parking, walk to Bart

Spacious Garden In-law apartment with a Queen-sized bed and full bath & kitchen. Apt is located in the back of the house just off the yard. Galley kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc. . You're welcome to use the back patio and yard, and the washer and dryer located in the garage. Just 6 blocks from Glenpark Bart with a 10-minute ride to downtown, Embarcadero, and Exploratorium. Quick walk to Mission or Glenpark neighborhoods with great restaurants.

Private, Detached, Urban Creekside Studio.

This unique, well equipped, 1 Bed cute little studio (that we love) is detached and fenced off from our main house. It has a separate entrance through a side gate and it's own private rear deck, with a seating and dining area... that overlooks Sausal Creek and Dimond Park. The tall willow that grows along the creek gives the deck the perfect amount of privacy and with the tranquil sound of the creek flowing (not during dry season) you would almost forget you are in an urban city.

Maybeck Garden Cottage: Level In, 9 min walk to UC

Enjoy this historic cottage inside a botanical garden walking 9 minutes to Greek theater on Cal Berkeley campus...hummingbirds... convenient washer/dryer. Walk to UC, Peets, Cheese Board, Chez Panisse and Fava. Groceries: Andronico's, Magnani Poultry, Monterey Fish and Produce…. Bay views from garden, private rd, parking on request/see House Policies. We're scrupulous on clean. Fresh eggs, granola + fruit, "good" coffee/tea. Our 2nd studio can often be booked simultaneously.

This space is downstairs in my centrally located private home, but has its own separate entrance and is not connected to the upstairs. Renovated with a mix of new and vintage furnishings, guests will step down into a comfortable suite with nice natural light in the front and rear of the space, TV with DirecTV, Wi-Fi, a partially stocked kitchenette, full bathroom (shower), and peaceful rear bedroom. I am eager to welcome guests from all backgrounds into my home.
