It's a quiet cove with deep, clear water - over 6ft deep at the end of the private dock! With 67 feet of flat grassy lake frontage with a break wall, there is plenty of space at the water for fun. House is located on a deep lot with off-street parking Enjoy and evening fire on the patio overlooking the lake Weekly only rentals June through August;

Canandaigua lake - Heron Cove Sanctuary

The only house in 500' of lakefront. Quiet & beautiful & private. [See pics & feedback] A panoply of personal watercraft.  10 min to village of Naples.      House is upgraded mid-century cottage over a bridge at the end of the road – secluded, at the bottom of a cliff.   Outdoor hot tub, living room fireplace.   Big beautiful lake - right there - you'll feel it in your heart. The wifi is decent, but we recommend that you don't use, because it's best to sit lakeside and watch the stars!
