Welcome to CareQuarters Suite, a stunning 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom retreat nestled in the heart of Courtenay. Newly built in 2021, this modern haven boasts a laundry room, workspace, private fenced yard, patio, and storage garage. This barrier-free main floor unit is in a safe, quiet neighbourhood, a 5-minute walk to the Hospital, North Island College & Aquatic Centre. Nearby amenities include restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops & more. Very well-equipped and perfect for short or long stays.

Comox Bay Suite

This is a suite on the top floor of our home. There is a living room with adjacent deck, a bedroom with queen size bed and a well equipped kitchenette with micro, toaster oven, electric frying pan, crock pot, blender, electric kettle and Keurig coffee maker, coffee, tea, cereals. You have a full private bathroom off the hallway right next to the suite. We have a separate entrance. Suite includes a smart TV with Netflix Town of Comox business license #1407 BC Provincial Registration H022196518

Inn with the Old

We love staying in Airbnbs and always wanted to host. Our 750 sq ft carriage home is located minutes to Comox and the beach. We are 3 kms from the airport and 40 kms to Mt. Washington. There is so much to do in the valley and we hope you will relax here after a day of exploring. We are happy to share our local knowledge. We are not pet friendly as we foster animals (service animals are welcome). We share the back yard, but it’s spacious and you have your own patio and entry gate.

The suite is set among the tree-tops of our fruit trees, light-filled, with a large deck that offers mountain views. Full kitchen, queen bed, ensuite bathroom, on street parking.

Take in panoramic views of an ever-changing tidal landscape from the waterside patio. Watch picturesque sunrises and sunsets by the wood fireplace while observing abundant wildlife—eagles, herons, seals, and fish all flourish in the river against a breathtaking mountain backdrop.

Gorgeous ocean view from inside or on the large sunny deck. The view stretches across the water to Hornby and Denman islands. Watch the sun rise, the wind tossing the waves ashore or walk across the road to the beach. It is a nice swimming beach.Lots of wildlife, birds, seals, sea lions, otters and if you get lucky you might see whales. This carriage house has lots of character and is a clean simple, cozy space for a get away.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to beaches, trails, and downtown from this centrally located place. It is easy to bike or walk around Comox. The Comox Valley is a hub to mountain biking trails, notably Cumberland, Strathcona Park hiking trails, and Mount Washington skiing. Comox is on a peninsula surrounded by beautiful beaches. We also allow pets for a $45/trip but are willing to negotiate for shorter trips.
