Our studio apartment offers a great combination of location and relaxation.This two story apartment is separate from the main house located 1.1 miles south of the Square on Main Street in downtown Franklin. There is a private office space on the first floor. Up a flight of stairs is a private modern bathroom, studio style open floor plan with spacious bedroom with a full bed and a daybed, a fully equipped kitchen and den with ample seating. Off the den is a spacious, private deck with seating.

Whispering Waters Cabin by the Creek

Whispering Waters offers a quiet space to relax and enjoy your time spent away from home. It is a four room cabin adjacent to Caney Fork Creek, which feeds into the South Harpeth River in Fernvale. The cabin easily hosts four guests. The queen size bed is complimented by a sleeper sofa in the living room, which sleeps two as well. It's an intimate space located in a lovely setting. The Clever Mule is a charming home- Great Location

Charming home in a lovely neighborhood outside of the hustle and bustle of Nashville and Franklin, but close enough to quickly get everywhere. Close to stores, restaurants, shopping, and freeways. This home is warm and comfortable with an open concept, walkable neighborhood and located close to everything, without the Nashville congestion. Franklin is just down the road. Pleasant Valley Farm Dairy Barn writer's retreat

Dairy Barn circa 1950 nestled next to a pond on 680-acre Pleasant Valley Farm. The "Dairy Barn" was fully functioning until the 1980s. Although completely renovated, the original ceramic tiles remain in what was the milking bay, now a cozy den. The aged metal that was once the roof, now adorns a kitchen wall, island & cabinets throughout. Less than 1 hour from Nashville. Perfect for travel nurses & other medical professionals. Oft-visited by artists, songwriters & authors alike.

This charming house is within walking distance of downtown Columbia with it's historical public square, shops, restaurants and dining. Walking trails, parks, great views of the duck river and a splash pad for the kids is located just across from this home. Local farmers market every Tues, Thurs and Sat. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the views, and the location. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

There are plenty of family-friendly activities nearby including a disc golf course, The Farm Community, antique shopping, Amish markets, and the best BBQ in Tennessee. You’ll love staying in this quiet, peaceful cabin in the woods because of its coziness, high ceilings, natural light, and location. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Pets are welcome with advance notice.

Unique Cozy Cottage located in the beautiful countryside of Tennessee just 5 minutes from exit 22 at I-65. This home is located in horse country with gorgeous views, hiking and fishing in the nearby stream. This area is a special place where members of the Hillsboro Hounds gather to ride their horses in the English tradition known as Fox Hunting. Take a ride through the neighborhood and view many of the beautiful homes and barns that host these events.
