Even though it's just a 7-minute walk to the village, our place backs up to the wilderness, with great views of Tumwater Mountain and Icicle Ridge. This rustic off-grid micro cabin is 106 sq. ft. but feels much bigger, nicely nestled away in the mossy forest. Sleeps two in a queen bed in the loft. Minutes from surfing and hiking trails, you’re in the right place for epic adventures. We built our cabin using mainly reclaimed materials. We wanted to build a place that had minimal impact on the environment. It has on demand hot water, rainwater catchment, and solar powered electricity. We also have a beautiful sauna available to rent.

Silver Fir Loft, Ski In/Ski Out Carriage House

Modern carriage house apartment, located right next to the Silver Fir Ski run. This is a true ski in/ski out experience. You can watch skiers from a comfy chair by the fire since you are only about a hundred feet from the chairlift. No need to hassle with ski area parking lots or lodge food. Keep all your gear warm and dry and use the kitchen to prepare meals. Silver Fir is a great base camp with day and night skiing, and Summit West, East and Central are accessible by the chairlift.

Come explore beautiful Bainbridge Island and stay in our comfortable guest home. Located 5 miles from the ferry on the Northeast side of the island. This home is a separate dwelling with it's own driveway and private entrance located on our property. The short walk to the beach is about 5 minutes where you can have a beach fire, build a fort or simply relax and enjoy the views of the shipping lanes, Mt. Rainer, herons, eagles, orcas and our neighborhood sea lions.

We chose to share our guesthouse primarily because the idea of sharing our stunning view appeals to us very much. We are so fortunate to have a view so special that we wanted to build a guesthouse for our friends and you! We designed our 600 square foot modern guesthouse with the intent of creating a very private honeymoon suite. It has expansive views of Hood River, Mt Hood, and our favorite view, looking directly down the gorge.
