The Garden Studio in Old Town

This little studio has had quite a history. The main house was built in 1908, and the studio was built shortly after as a carriage house. It had a facelift as a pottery studio in the 70's. Now, after a remodel in 2023, it is a cozy retreat for guests looking to explore our incredible city. Whether you came for the Old Town experience, hiking in the fresh mountain air, hopping around our world class breweries, or hitting the slopes, we hope you find as much to love about our city as we do.

We have a mother-in-law suite available to rent for you. Although it is attached to our home by one wall, the place will be entirely private to you with its own entrance and plenty of side street parking. The apartment is wheelchair ready throughout the space. Being located in midtown, it’s easy to access all of Fort Collins. This is a perfect spot for short or long-term visitors. Unique large studio on garden level with wood burning stove. The wood burning stove faces the comfortable queen bed. Cozy loveseat with ottoman, full of blankets, in front of a smart TV. Enter your account details to be able to watch it. It has a 3/4 bathroom (stand up shower) with all linens provided. Work desk and chair. Dining table for two next to the kitchen. Coffee and tea are provided. Long stays encouraged, dates are only blocked for possible long-term renters.

Convenient mid-town Ft Collins location. Private, separate living space from our home, studio with with bathroom, mini-fridge, TV, and private entrance. Located at the end of a friendly cul-de-sac. Near CSU campus, the new football stadium and a short bike ride to Old Town Fort Collins. A friendly yellow lab lives in the main house, along with a cat, 2 adults, and 2 kids. (However, our animals are not permitted in the rental space.)
