Beautiful newer construction loft that offers 640 square feet of open floor plan! This unit sits above our two car garage , 130 feet from the main house. Full kitchen, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, iron, and washer/dryer! Our home sits on 1.14 acres with a circular driveway in a very quiet neighborhood. "Crew Quarters" is a newly renovated 2 room private suite in our South Fort Myers home with easy access to Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach, the Key West Express terminal and Shellpoint. The space includes a bright and cosy queen bedroom, a private bathroom and a den which has a double sofabed, TV and desk as well as a fridge, microwave and coffee making facilities. Access to the suite is through a private lockable door in our home.
