Who is Buddy? He was our black Labrador of 12 years. This well kept tiny home is adjacent to our main home and is private. It has 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a sleeper sofa , 2 TV's, a full kitchen and all the amenities of home. Downtown Beaufort is 2 miles away, Parris Island is less than 5 miles away. In a quiet neighborhood. Are coming for a fishing trip and bringing your boat? Come stay with us , we have room for your boat. You can flush your engine and rinse your boat down.

Welcome to bird's chirping, frogs croaking, fresh eggs (should you find them), and peacefulness in our secluded apartment. Nestled behind our home of 2 ponds, and live oaks, you will instantly feel welcome and at ease. We have worked hard in the past few years to provide others with what we are so grateful for. The barn is well equipped for longer stays and boasts sleeping for up to 7. 1 King bed, 2 queens and a rollout bed. This is new construction in 2024 and is very comfortable.

We are less than 1 mile off of I-95 in the Low Country of South Carolina. Our 62 acre farm is nestled in the “middle of nowhere, but close to every where”. We are located close Beaufort, Charleston and Savannah! Our Tiny House, which used to be our feed shed, offers beautiful scenery from the Red barn, Moss draped Live Oak trees, Pecan Grove, horses, goats, free range donkeys and more. We have a brand new Bathhouse with a full bath. Washer & Dryer too!
