Enjoy the quiet and watch the golfers play from the double porch. A 5 minute walk to the Club House, restaurants, Wyndham Amenities, and a short drive to the beach. Wyndham passes are $275/week. Must be 25 or older to rent. There are NO pets allowed in this unit. Golf carts/LSV are prohibited on the property.
