This warm & welcoming space is freshly renovated and ready to host guests traveling to College Station/Bryan! It is conveniently located 1.5 miles from TAMU - Kyle Field and a close drive to other popular spots in town, including grocery stores and restaurants. Pets are allowed. However, please ensure they are accounted for in your booking and all pet rules are strictly abided by.

This two bedroom, 2 bath townhouse is located in a quiet neighborhood 5 minutes away from Texas A&M. This is a 2 bed/1 bath duplex with plenty of room for your comfort stay and gathering. Baby crib and high chair available upon request. Guests can enjoy the fenced patio and backyard with BBQ grill for any celebrations!; walking distance to Southwood Athletic park, shopping, and restaurants, proximity to Northgate.

Garden Suite

The Garden Suite is centrally located in the BCS metroplex close to Texas A&M Campus and near lots of restaurants / bars / grocery stores / highway 6. The suite is part of the detached garage that has a private entrance through the backyard. Guests are asked to park on the street. We are pet friendly but charge an additonal $10 per pet per day if guests bring a pet. The extra charges will be added once your reservation has been confirmed and informed us that you are bringing a pet.
