I have a lovely, covid-safe, en-suite king size room to let in my clean, spacious, well-maintained house which has gas central heating and UPVC double glazing. Covid safety is achieved by the minimisation of shared areas and a strict cleaning regime. The house is 2 miles from the city centre. The room is en-suite and equipped with refrigerator, microwave and Echo dot (Alexa). I am a polite and welcoming landlord who values his own safety privacy and respects that of others.
This delightful house is off Newark Road on Shamrock Court, which many years ago was the Lincoln to Grantham railway line, many steam trains would have traveled this route. Though this property is only a mile from the city centre, it is on a very quiet private road and feels more like living in the country. It is also within five minuets walk of the South Common and Boulton Park. There is a lovely walk and cycle path down the side of the river Witham leading into the historic City of Lincoln.
