Set on 3 acres of rolling lawns & native trees, there’s plenty of room to roam and spot the many native birds & wildlife that visit the property. With the Old Beechy Rail Trail right on our doorstep, bring your bikes to really immerse yourself in the fresh forest air. Take a 30 min trip to the Redwood Forest and nearby waterfalls, with the Forrest only 15mins away.

The Brewers Cottage

The Brewers Cottage is a 100 year old fully refurbished woodcutters cottage which has a comfortable contemporary interior with modern finishings. The Cottage has 2 bedrooms with good quality linen and everything you might need. There is a beautiful little, cool, shady green garden and verandah for relaxing. With a great location in the centre of town the accommodation is perfect for those who want access to the Forrest mountain bike trail heads, walking tracks and a cold beer at The Brewery.

The Otway National Park edges the property, creating a lovely atmosphere of seclusion and peace, also enjoyed by birds and wildlife.

Welcome to Forrest a beautiful part of the world. Our studio is a short stroll to the town centre and a 5 min walk to the bike tracks. The studio is a part of our house which has a separate entrance and is divided by a huge deck. The studio has an open plan living and dining space with a cosy wood heater split system and fans. A small kitchen with 4 gas hotplates,microwave and fridge. Barbeque facilities are on the deck for your use and a lovely garden for relaxing .

The Cottage is in an elevated position providing uninterrupted views across the landscape. Enjoy leisurely strolls up to Red Rock with spectacular 360 degree views across the Otway Ranges and Corangamite Lake, the area also enjoys beautiful sunrises, sunsets and the clearest night sky.

Just a short drive through the Otways to the Great Ocean Road and the Birregurra golf course is within a walking distance.

Situated in the main street you are a short stroll from the wonderful food and hospitality of the Farmers Arms Hotel and the Ice-cream and Lolly shop. Venture out or simply cosy up inside with a good book, local wine and enjoy the unique space.
