Quiet residential neighborhood, minimal traffic, perfect for leisurely walks or bike riding. Whatever the season, this is the perfect place for one or two adults to relax on the beautiful St. Joe River. We are exempt from hosting service or emotional support animals.

We are located 15 minutes from Cd'A, 15 minutes from Spokane Valley, 10 minutes to Q'emiln Park and close to the Centennial Trail.

Our modern little ranch is located on 8 close in acres on a scenic well-maintained road where it is common to see elk, deer, turkey and even moose! It is an ideal location for a serene getaway or business travel but not suitable for parties. Very easy access to lake Coeur d'Alene and downtown area.
