Welcome to our charming newly renovated home located in Wilmington, Ohio. This house was built by my husband's grandfather in 1954 and has been in our family ever since. This spacious interior is equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. We are located 2 miles from the World Equestrian Center, 3 miles from Lake Cowan, 2.3 miles from Majestic Springs Golf Course, 6.5 miles from Wilmington Air Park, and 7 miles from Robert's Center. This house has a new HVAC system.

It includes a newly built 29 x 24 Hemlock sided closed pavilion with outside entities. Includes a park like charcoal grill, a gas grill , horseshoes court and corn hole boards. Great for outside gatherings and animal friendly inside and outside, including horse trailer parking and moving vans .

Located 1/2 mile from the World Equestrian Center and 3 miles from Wilmington with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Situated on a small horse farm with beautiful pastures and lots of horses to look at. You will have complete privacy. Take a walk down the quiet road, or sit on the front porch and just enjoy. We are centrally located between Dayton, Cincinnati and Columbus. The cottage is completely remodeled with new kitchen & furniture. Come and enjoy the cozy comforts of home!

This is a centrally located unit right down town near all the entertainment and dining. only 3 miles to WEC, or 15 to the Renaissance Festival. This unit can be handicap friendly upon request there is an addition entrance off the bedroom that has a single step and lower threshold and we can provide a portable handicap ramp and shower stool. There is an on site laundry room that has 2 sets of washer and dryers that guests of the building have complementary access to during their stay.

Downtown quaint 100+ year old home that has been modernized for your convenience. We hope you will enjoy our one bedroom home with a pull out single bed for your extra guest. Home is equipped with a dishwasher, washer/dryer and a coffee station to start your day. Private parking located in rear of home. Just two blocks from downtown and a 10 plus mile paved walking/bicycle path in back yard. Few minutes drive to World Equestrian and located within a hour drive to several major cities.

Trail M Horse Farm GH #3

This unique modern studio apartment is located on the corner edge of a working horse farm, Trail M Farm. Guest can see horses in the field or take a walk on the many trails that surround the farm. Circle drive for easy access to the road. Located 2 miles south of Wilmington, Ohio. Also 4 miles from WEC (World Equestrian Center) and 8 miles from Robert's Center. Pet friendly, 2 dog limit & well behaved in house. We ask that you crate your dogs if they are to be left unattended.

We are located approximately 10 miles from Washington Court House , OH and 12 miles from Wilmington , OH. A local bike trail with access to it several different places in Sabina.

Spacious house 2 bedroom 1.5 bath, that’s only 3.5 miles and a 5 minute drive to WEC! Located under a mile walk outside of downtown Wilmington with plenty of off street and on street parking. With a huge living/dining room that includes a pull out couch there will be plenty of space to easily accommodate 6. Fenced in yard for your furry friends as well!
