The garage is available to be used by guests to park a medium to small car (and bikes). Inside the home, guests will find a well-equipped space that has comfortable mattresses, 65” Smart TV, workspace, and an open concept kitchen. Outside, guests are welcome to enjoy grilling and entertaining under the covered patio and firepit area.

Walk to downtown from this unique, newly remodeled 1930's home in a safe quiet neighborhood. You’ll have plentiful off street parking, a fenced in backyard, a large fully-stocked kitchen and spacious bedrooms with comfy memory foam beds. 1-2 miles to CMU, Lincoln Park and St Mary's Hospital. 10 min drive to the Lunch Loops mountain bike trail system and hiking and climbing in the Colorado National Monument. Please note this home is kept comfortably cool with an evaporative cooler, not AC.

Begin, end or spend your day lounging on the front porch in the shade of mature peach trees or enjoying views of the rugged Palisades seeming to rise just outside the back door.
