Our sweet home is suitable for both the individual and the large group in our quaint and cozy area, nestled in a quiet neighborhood central to downtown Flint. Just minutes from 1-75 and I-69, Kettering, UM-Flint, and Mott, as well as downtown Flint's businesses and restaurants, the museums and theatres of our amazing cultural district, McLaren, Hurley, as well as Atwood Stadium and Dort Federal Arena. This space was designed minimally for a budget-traveling option, able to sleep 6 people.

We are just minutes from many wedding venues, Ascension Hospital, Pine Knob & Mt Holly, music venues, and shopping.

Frankenmuth Country Getaway

Modern home with backyard chickens. 5 minutes from downtown Frankenmuth and minutes from Premium Outlets in Birch Run. Guests have a private entrance and enjoy the use of two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen and back screen porch. Please note: Hosts live in a separate part of the house and have their own entrance with no shared spaces. Super clean, all blankets and duvet covers are laundered after every guest. Coffee and breakfast bread included. No pets, please.

Recently remodeled Private, all sports lake front home 15 min from downtown Fentons many restaurants&activities. Take your own boat around the lake(please make early accommodations ) swim in the clear sand bottom water or enjoy the views from the large porch. Bonfire is ready for smores with plenty of chairs! Fishing is amazing ranging from walleye, to sunfish and bluegill.Winter allows for ice skating and ice fishing. This home is truly loved by all regardless of season.

This is a fully furnished open floor plan efficiency located on 40 acres of farmland. There is a generator to assure power in case of a power outage. It is equipped with HD premium Dish,Wi Fi, and a full kitchen with all appliances & housewares. A well provides the water, and is a very good quality. The hot water is on demand. It is located next to a pond and fire pit. It is not suitable for children under twelve years of age and maximum occupancy is two.
