Stevens second-in-command officers duplex suite is a completely private third floor walkup (old servants quarters- meaning it has no elevator). So much to do and see: children's playground in the front quad, walking, hiking, biking, explore Ft. Stevens, Hammond marina, jaunts to Astoria, Seaside, as well as everything else the area has to offer. And did we say, wildlife is abundant!

The Clam Shell room is a private king suite with a private entrance and deck, full bath with a claw foot tub, king size gel foam bed, full dining table for work, art or dining, casual lounging area, compact refrigerator, a meal prep area and WIFI. There are no cooking appliances except for an electric tea kettle and coffee maker. Our neighborhood is nestled between two state parks and we are a 3 blocks to the beach. Enter with your passcode and you'll be welcomed by the parlor’s 10-foot ceilings. Your river view, two-bedroom suite, shower/bath and laundry are up the stairs. This landmark home was built in 1875 and is named for Captain Eric Johnson, a Swedish immigrant and riverboat pilot. The kitchenette has a microwave, mini fridge, hot pot and coffee maker.
