The back decking is Perfectly positioned on the cliff edge allowing for a perfect place to relax and soak up the sounds and view of the sea. Kingsdown is a pretty village with its beach framed by the magnificent white cliffs of Dover; offering wonderful clifftop walks. There is also a promenade taking you along the seafront directly into Deal.

Short distance from Herne Bay, Margate, Ramsgate, Broadstairs and Canterbury, there is plenty to see and do. The caravan is tastefully furnished and fully equipped for your stay giving home from home comfort. On the Alberta Caravan park, visitors have access to an outdoor heated pool (April to September), The Clubhouse and children's play area (purchase of visitor pass required).

A short drive to many beaches, the coastal towns of Hythe and Folkestone (with its Harbour and Pier) and under a mile from Port Lympne Animal Reserve. It is also near many vineyards incl Gusborne and Chapel Down.
