Located just 6 miles west of Beaver is the small town of Greenville, which is a little piece of paradise. Lily’s Cottage is special in so many ways. The mornings are filled with song birds singing their morning hymn's with plenty of country roads to either take a bike ride or just a quit walk, later enjoy the fire pit that can be used to either BBQ or just enjoy the calmness of the evening. Lily’s cottage is just 25 minutes from eagle point ski resort, and within 10-25 mins of lakes and fishing

Groovy Country Pad

**Note: Access road from Junction to the Eagle Mt. Ski resort is closed for the winter. This Groovy Pad takes you back to the 1970s. Enjoy the tranquility of small town or the adventures of exploring Southern Utah’s color country and parks, or use it as a home base, a place to rest for the next adventure. Fish Otter creek, explore Bryce Canyon, Big Rock Candy Mountain, ATV trails or the Mystic Hot springs; or take long drives down Highway 12 into the Grand Staircase to Boulder, and Capitol Reef.

Delightful home with a vintage vibe located conveniently located on Main Street. Mimi's Place is the perfect place to stay during your visit to Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park, Brian Head Ski Resort, and the surrounding areas. Enjoy sightseeing, hiking, biking, ATV's, fishing and relaxing at nearby Panguitch Lake. For guests that need to stay connected for employment purposes we have 1 gig upload speed and 20 megabytes download speed so you can stay connected and complete your work tasks.

A logged framed housed that is cozy and quiet , stocked with free breakfast foods and less than 2 miles from Mystic hot springs along with a free hot springs called red hills if your into outdoor activities atv/utv trails await as do biking , mountain biking trails and hiking trails. We have some of the best hiking trails and mountain biking trails in the nation with more being put in each year. We have plenty of fishing holes in immediate area less than 1 hour drive, correct # of guest helps

Circle Tree Hideout

We transformed our home into two separate units, with individual entrances. The Guest Suite has a an Old West feeling while surrounded by mountains and enough amenities to cook a small Thanksgiving Dinner. Some amenities need to be requested prior to arrival. Equipped with refrigerators, coffee makers, and a microwave. Located on Highway 89, Circleville's main street. Butch Cassidy childhood home is near by, our only claim to fame here. By the way, Butch Cassidy never slept here but you can.

Garden Cabin at Wildland Gardens w Sauna Access

The garden guesthouse is a quaint space surrounded by shrubs and gardens. The room has a comfy queen bed and sofa futon. This space is perfect for up to 2 adults. The space is cozy yearr-round with great heat and lovely AC and night sky views. The restrooms are a shared space in our converted farm silo. They are approximately 20 yards from the guesthouse. If your accommodation of choice is a hotel, this is not your spot. The guesthouse has a firepit, chairs and a picnic table.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. This geodesic dome is must see for both travelers and adventurers, alike. Perfectly isolated, yet literally 1 min. off I-15. Equipped and well stocked. Has Starlink wifi. Views, sunsets, stars! Central to National Parks. La Casita on Main St

La Casita was originally built as a barber shop in Monroe many years ago. As you will see in the pictures the original light used by the barber over the bed. Located in close proximity to our local hot pots, ATV trails, hiking, fishing, and Utah’s National and State Parks. The home is a nice comfy place to lay your head at night and explore the world during the day. Small private backyard to view the stars at night and the quiet peaceful feel of rural Utah.

Hilltop Tiny Home

New Tiny Home! Perched on a hilltop overlooking the charming farming community of Panguitch. Secluded with incredible views in every direction. Sleep 3-4 comfortably inside. For an amazing experience step out and sleep under "world renowned" night sky in the hammocks. Just 20 min. to Bryce Canyon (45 to Zions)! Find wonderful hikes/rides outside the front door on endless acres of open BLM land with trails, fishing streams, wildlife, and much more!

Within walking distance to local amenities such as ATV/ snowmobile trails and tours, equipment rentals and shuttle rides to Eagle Point ski resort. Small Town Getaway by National Parks (Unit A)

Centrally located home in a quiet town surrounded by beautiful mountains and national parks. We also have some of the best fishing & wildlife around. We have room to park (free) multiple vehicles/ATVs. We offer free WiFi, washer/dryer, TV, card and board games. In the kitchen there is a microwave, fridge, keurig style coffee maker, toaster, blender, ninja flip toaster oven/air fryer, and waffle iron.
