Enjoy this peaceful spot surrounded by water on 3 sides of DeRuyter Lake in upstate NY. Set on a peninsula, this home has a lot of fun features, including a full lawn, screened in wrap around porch facing the water, outdoor BBQ area, fire pit, and seasonal private dock and boat slip. The Boathouse Restaurant is just a walk away. The friendly DeRuyter Lake General Store you can see from the porch windows on the south end. Please provide your own sheets, blankets, and towels. Peaceful, cozy, newly renovated cottage with 100 feet of private lakefront property. This sweet cottage is surrounded on two sides by state land and on the other side by tall pine trees. Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the lake. A fire pit is also on-site I left a small complimentary bundle of campfire wood for your first night. Additional bundles can be purchased for $8per bundle. It can be brought in. There are two kayaks there for your use.
