There is plenty of room for your family to sleep and be comfortable, along with an open floor plan with a large kitchen and dining/family area. Enjoy the big back yard, the game room/garage, choose from one of our many board games, or go enjoy the town! There is plenty do all year long.

Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a family of 4. The bedroom has a king bed and the living area has a full size futon. Families are welcome to enjoy the nice yard with gas fire pit, playground, and front patio. Safe and friendly neighborhood with walking paths nearby. Sunset views are excellent from the top of the street. Easy freeway access and minutes from Idaho State University and the Hospital.
