Allandale Bush Retreat

A nice relaxing bush setting,on a lifestyle block, that also has farm animals.( chickens, ducks & sheep). There is seasonal fruit to pick from our trees, such as apples pears & feijoas. You can have breakfast outdoors with the bellbirds or a barbecue in the evening. We are only an hours walk along a beach track to the local Otorimiro(Governors Bay) hotel , or else it is 5 minutes drive. We are surrounded by beautiful scenery and close to the Port Hill walking tracks and mountain bike trails.

Welcome to Marama Cottage on Two Moons Farm! We are currently working on turning our lifestyle block into a productive small scale organic farm. We can’t wait to share our little slice of paradise! Meet our animals, enjoy our gardens and all that Christchurch and the surrounding area has to offer. We are centrally located just 15 mins from the CBD but our place feels a world away and is a great retreat! Cozy up to an outdoor fire after a day of skiing or fishing or tramping or sightseeing!

A beautiful private hill-side sanctuary in Sumner overlooking Christchurch with a clear view to the southern alps, estuary & the whole of pegasus bay. This ecologically & sustainably designed home off a private lane surrounded by native bushland with arguably one of the best views in town. With less than a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute walk downhill you will have access to Sumner Beach and Village. Alternatively a short walk uphill to access mountain bike and walking tracks on the Port Hills.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place to stay. We're only 30 minutes from the centre of Christchurch, about 1 hour to Porters Ski Area or Mount Hutt or 15 minutes from The National Equestrian Centre at McLeans Island. This is a family lifestyle property. We have horses, alpacas, kunekune pigs, chickens and dogs. Bring your horse. There is grazing with easy access and parking for trucks and floats. Large open plan kitchen. Two Large rooms, one Queen size bed in a common area (which incorporates the kitchen) and the other a king size bed in a large spacious bedroom. This accommodation unit is situated on a working farm in the quietness of the countryside with all the comforts of home. Common room with queen bed, includes full kitchen, microwave, oven, fridge, fireplace, bathroom, television, and DVD player, Sky TV. A private garden is also part of the quiet countryside accommodation.

The Studio @ Raupo Creek - Rural, self contained.

Peaceful, two bedroom studio, stand alone Garden room with queen bed also available (extra charge), rural outlook. 10 minutes from Christchurch CBD or gateway to Selwyn district, very handy for Lincoln, Prebbleton, Akaroa and the bays, very handy to several popular Wedding venues in the area. Plenty of free parking, TV, Wifi, ideal for couples or families. Separate laundry facilities and additional toilet situated close by. Pets negotiable, grazing and facilities for horses also available.

Our house has a self contained guest house situated on a 4ha (10 acre) lifestyle block offering you a quiet and peaceful location. It has a comfortable queen size bed with separate ensuite, kitchen and lounge. We can accommodate an extra adult/child (double sofa bed or single mattress) we have all the necessary things for babies and toddlers. Tea, coffee, milk and toast come free of charge. We are located 12 minutes from Christchurch CBD, near Prebbleton and 15 minutes to the airport.

Contemporary self contained modern cabin situated in a peaceful and private garden setting. It has 2 double glazed doors leading on to a deck with out door seating. Separate access way, with parking bay at side of cabin. Additional parking is available in adjoining paddock with gate through to alleyway. Cabin has starlink wifi with excellent wifi connection. The cabin is on a lifestyle block, with extensive gardens, orchard, herb garden, sheep, chickens, and hydroponic system.
