The Little Bunkhouse

Welcome to the LITTLE BUNKHOUSE. There is a field with pathways, a bridge to cross and camp site for morning coffee or evening glass of wine. It is Quiet, peaceful and relaxing. There is a challenging putting green. The bunkhouse has 1 queen bed with a small kitchen and bath. This is the place for a peacful getaway for relaxation and only 8 miles to the heart of Prescott. Plenty of hiking right accross the the main road and several small lakes for kayaking or picnicking just minutes away.

You’ll love the peaceful comforts of home plus the luxury of a HotSprings Saltwater Hot Tub! King and Queen bedrooms with full private bath. Separate entry from homeowners and private fenced in backyard for Fido. Ping Pong, Air Hockey, 3 TVs, Wi-Fi, Nintendo WII-U (30+ games), and frisbee golf are a few of the amenities. Full fridge + small fridge, microwave, tabletop stove, toaster oven, coffee maker and kettle included. Gas grill on the patio + fire pit, - bring firewood. Smoking outside.

Rustic & cute private guesthouse on a 5 acre horse ranch! Located very close to all the popular northern AZ places to visit! This is the country - if animal sounds or the occasional bug or fly bothers you, this is not for you ;). There is no WiFi out there - BUT there’s a Roku TV - it REQUIRES a hot spot. Mobile phone hotspots work well. No dogs allowed without advance approval. If you desire a week-long or more stay, send me a message & I’ll see if I can accommodate you at a discount.

Antelope Run Country Cottage in Chino Valley

We built our 720 square foot cottage in 2009 on 2.5 acres in an extremely quiet country neighborhood, and it has been very lightly used. The full kitchen has most of the major appliances, cooking and eating utensils you will need. There is no dishwasher. There is also a full size laundry setup in the bathroom. Our location is perfect for those attending firearm training at the world renowned Gunsite Academy. Gunsite is an easy 18 minute drive from our cottage in Chino Valley.

Prescott Home Away From Home

Our home is centrally located on 1.5 acres. You will be a 5 to 15 minute drive from all the fun activities you may want to enjoy, including downtown fun, hiking, kayaking, mountain biking, etc. and very close to the local airport and ERAU. You'll have your own entrance to your living space where you can sit and read by the open window or sip your favorite beverage on the quaint patio and listen to the variety of birds and other wildlife that frequent our quiet neighborhood.

Our country market is 1 mi down the road. Grand Canyon is less than 2 hrs away! Pets welcome for a small fee.
