Located in the community of Bear Paw. This property has everything you would need for a relaxing getaway. Lakefront with private dock. Our 3 bedroom 2 bath house has an additional 2000 sq ft of open deck for entertaining and relaxing. Seasonal outdoor shower, grill, fire pit, plenty of outdoor furniture. The large private master bedroom has spacious ensuite bathroom with jet tub and walk in shower. Hiwassee Lake is connected to the TVA. During fall and winter months lake levels will lower.
