Sunset Bay Guest House

My place is close to restaurants and dining, the beach, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). I do not allow pets and have parking for one vehicle. Generally check-in is after 2pm and check-out is 10am but I am flexible when possible. From June 19, 2021 - September 4, 2021, 7-day min. only with check-in on Saturday and check-out on following Saturday. The rest of the year there is a 2-day minimum

Beachfront on Lake Erie * Driftwood Cottage

Come visit us at Steelhead Run offering panoramic views of the sunsets on Lake Erie. You will find this two bedroom cottage to be quite comfortable offering all the utility of a larger home. We also have a one bedroom cottage next door for rent. When you arrive you will find yourself nestled between Lake Erie and Chautauqua Creek on 7 forested acres. Both features can be accessed in less than a 200 foot walk from the cottage. On the beach you can spend time hunting for beach glass and driftwood.

House On Cedar Beach

Walk out of the house and walk on to Cedar Beach! Our house is the only one situated directly on a public beach in the City! It is located on the bicycle path, and is two blocks from the Dunkirk Lighthouse, as well as Point Gratiot Park. There are lake views from the living room, kitchen, sun room porch & 2nd floor master bedroom. There are cathedral ceilings on the entire 2nd floor. The sun porch has a seating area for 4, where you can have your morning coffee and gaze onto the beach & water!

Enjoy a charming retreat at this beachside cottage, featuring an updated kitchen, walk-in shower, 2 bedrooms—one with a queen bed, & the other with a bunk bed & a single bed. Outside, relax at the picnic table or fire up the grill for a cookout. The kitchen is fully equipped, & linens are provided for your convenience. With 150 feet of beachfront, soak in the sunshine & lake views. The property is within walking distance to The Beach Club at Mickey Rats, Turtle Joe's Sandbar, & Evans Town Park.

Relax at my Four-Season lakeside retreat. This family friendly cottage features a spacious loft area with half bath and master bedrooms and bathrooms on the first and lower levels. The first level has a spacious open floor plan with full kitchen, dining area and living room that features spectacular lake views. The lower level amenities include a media/gaming room, recreation room w/coffee bar & laundry. Enjoy the scenery from an expansive deck & patio and swim from your own personal beach.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful, lakefront oasis surrounded by mature trees. The second story porch offers plenty of room for outdoor dining with views of some of the best sunsets on Chautauqua Lake. You'll enjoy close to 100' of lakefront on Tinkertown Bay directly across from Chautauqua Institution. Bring your boat along to our dock (shared with neighbors) or roast some s'mores at the firepit next to the shore. Dock install is scheduled for 5/2/26 and is usually removed mid-Oct.
