It includes the 17th century manor house, a historic pigeon coop topping the half-timbered northern gate, a coach house from 1824, the 16th century barn and its farm lovingly converted as a gite to welcome up to 10 people (all single beds) The 300m2 building has been converted and updated so as to bring you all the comfort you can wish, from a large chimney with open fire to a wi-fi internet connection. It can be rented per week or just for the week end. Ground floor : 2 large reception rooms (each 50m2), facing South. Fitted kitchen and laundry room, bathroom and separate toilet, one bedroom with shower room en suite. Direct access to private gardens 1st floor : 4 bedrooms with single beds (90x200) that can be arranged as double beds, separate shower room and toilet. There are numerous activities in the region, depending on your taste you can discover the historic heritage of the Tourraine and Anjou regions, explore beautiful gardens, or try local products and wines, visit wine caves or attend equine events or concerts. For other it might be the zoological parks or aquarium, bike rides or boating on the Loire river. Property available for rent on weekly or week end only basis A calendar is available with the main cultural and sports activities in the Val de Loire. Bienvenue à la ferme! Nous vous accueillons dans la maison spacieuse, confortablement équipée, entièrement rénovée, au cœur de la vallée du Loir, au calme. Vous trouverez aux alentours de multiples activités ( sportives, détente, nature, randonnées, etc...) Zoo de la Flèche à 20 min, 25 min du circuit des 24H, 25 min des parcours de golf des 24H et de Baugé, château du Lude, Le Loir à vélo, le lac de Mansigné. Que vous veniez avec votre tribu, ou entre amis, vous vous sentirez comme chez vous !

Notre maison est située dans le bourg de Villiers au Bouin avec Wifi. Composée au RDC d'une entrée avec placard, salon avec nouveau canapé convertible (avec vrai matelas de 18cm), cuisine tout aménagée, salle à manger, salle d'eau avec douche et toilette séparés. Au 1er étage, une grande chambre avec un lit double et rangement. Il y a une cour avec table et chaises de jardin ainsi qu'un barbecue. Possibilité de mettre vos vélos dans une dépendance. Parking. Tassimo Possible forfait ménage 40€.

Gîte La Terrasse du Loir à 3km du Zoo de la Flèche

Bienvenue à La Terrasse du Loir, un gîte de 115 m² ouvert depuis 2021, idéalement situé au bord du Loir et à environ 3 km du Zoo de La Flèche. Le logement peut accueillir jusqu’à 12 personnes : 10 personnes dans les quatre chambres et deux couchages supplémentaires dans le salon. Le gîte, la piscine et tous les espaces extérieurs sont exclusivement réservés aux voyageurs. Vous ne partagez la piscine ni avec les propriétaires ni avec d’autres vacanciers. L’ensemble est sans vis-à-vis.

Old and full of charm, our holiday home will comfortably accommodate you with 10 or (even 12 with the sofa bed in the office area) friends or family. In the evening, an aperitif is taken in front of the fireplace or outside, facing the 11th century church.
