Il villino si compone di due alloggi separati ed indipendenti, completamente ristrutturati su due livelli. Il piano terra è dotato di un posto auto per veicoli medio- piccoli ed un porticato, dove trascorrere fresche serate estive, con vista lago e prospiciente il giardino. All'interno un ampio soggiorno con cucina a vista, una camera da letto matrimoniale con cabina armadio ed un bagno con doccia.

Appartamento situato sul lungolago di Omegna, sulle rive del Lago d' Orta. Si compone di ingresso, soggiorno con zona divani e tavolo da pranzo, 3 camere da letto, cucina, 2 bagni e ampio terrazzo affacciato direttamente sul lago sottostante. Nel caso l' alloggio venga prenotato da un numero di persone pari a 3 o inferiore, verranno messe a disposizione 2 camere da letto e un solo bagno.
