Central location for Sidney by the Sea Legal Suite

Welcome to our West Coast vacation suite, located in Sidney-by-the-Sea, Vancouver Island, British Columbia. Our suite is a 10-minute walk into Sidney either along the coastal walk or streets. The suite is the first level of our home, 9 ft ceilings, grade entry with off street parking, private keyless entrance at the rear. There is a small yard, which is fenced/gated. The suite is comfortably furnished to provide everything you would need for a vacation stay. Located near the airport/ferry.

1 Bedroom Suite w/1 Breakfast Included

The kitchen will be stocked with the following food items (guests must prepare the food): - Two (2) organic eggs per guest - Two (2) pc whole wheat bread per guest - Juice/Tea/Coffee/Milk/Creamer - Jam & Peanut Butter - Oatmeal - Miscellaneous Pantry items (popcorn/soup/etc.) Walking distance to Sidney (1.5km to town/1 km to the oceanfront) and the Victoria International Airport (2.2km) NOTE: Persons with mobility concerns may have a difficult time getting in and out of the primary bed.

Cozy Cordova Bay suite with Ocean View

Cozy lower level space w/an ocean view, private entrance & patio. Great for couples. 5 mins from Cordova Bay beaches, Elk Lake, Mattick’s Farm, Gigis Deli & market, Adrienne's Restaurant, Cordova Bay Golf Course, Mount Douglas & more. 15 mins from the ferry & downtown (by car). Enjoy a king sized bed and a loveseat for watching TV. The loveseat is not big enough to sleep on. Pls inform me of any breakfast preferences. *Please note that the space has a lot of stairs to get to the house.

Brentwood Garden Suite

The Brentwood Garden — basement suite is located in a quiet neighbourhood at the back of the house with a beautiful garden and patio. A infant is welcome to sleep in a beautiful baby wicket basket with stand. Unfortunately, the suite is not wheelchair accessible. Suitable for 2 persons. The suite and upper - hosts floor share one heating and cooling system with a thermostat on main floor. Our guests are able to control a comfortable temperature in the suite by adjusting ceiling vents.

Unwind in your private suite with a walkout entrance on the lower level of our family home, nestled on 2 acres beside Elk Lake Park. Centrally located, we’re 15-20 minutes from the ferry, airport, and downtown, 10 minutes to Butchart Gardens, and 5 minutes to great hiking and biking. Nearby, you’ll find charming farms and restaurants. The closest bus stop is 2 km away. Your suite includes a fridge, microwave, Keurig, and kettle for basic meal prep. No smoking or scented products, please!

The care takers pier house is the most unique way to embrace Brentwood Bay . Being the oldest private marina in BC you will sense its rich history on the walls of the house. On the peir you will find boat builders and canvas makers and the largest paddle sport operation on the island. Brentwood spa is a 4 minute walk down the path , seahorse cafe is next door and butchart gardens is in the same bay. All who come to Brentwood bay love the little island feel at portside marina .

Fully licensed STR. Lovely ocean views await you from this bright and spacious well appointed 1 bedroom suite. This tastefully decorated suite features a king size bed, free wifi, outdoor lounge area, and amenities are close by. Located in the heart of Cordova Bay you are just a few steps to a fantastic sand bar beach. Less than 5 minutes down the road you have an 18 hole championship golf course. If you are a biking enthusiast the Galloping Goose trail is at your doorstep.

Charming 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite located 9.5km from BC Ferries and only 4.5km to Victoria airport (YYJ). We are close to downtown Sidney, a short 15 minute drive to Butchart Gardens and 35 minutes to downtown Victoria. There is a bus on the route, but we are in a rural area and the bus is sporadic. There are plenty of beaches and hiking trails near by as well as the local golf course. Suite is attached to the host home, yet completely private with a separate entrance.

Steps away from the ocean, a short walk to Brentwood Bay Resort & Spa, Portside Marina, and Brentwood-Mill Bay ferry, including several beach accesses. 5-minute drive to the Butchart Gardens, Victoria Butterfly Gardens, 13 km to Sidney, 20 km to Victoria, 18 km to Swartz Bay ferry terminal, and about 10 km to get to the airport. The bus stop is less than one minute's walk with transit to Sidney, downtown Victoria & beyond.

Enjoy strolls or bike rides along the pathway. We are right on the bus route to Victoria or drive to downtown Victoria in 25 minutes. Minutes from the airport and Swartz Bay ferry terminal.
