Big R's Retreat Secluded and located in Nature

Welcome to our home: where we have found peace and relaxation for over 20 years. A German native, Big R fell in love with the open land and rolling hills of Wisconsin, becoming a US citizen in the 80s. He met Curly, a Chicago city girl, who brought a little city to his country life. They enjoy raising buffalo and spending warmer days on their porch enjoying the fresh air and beautiful views (with no mosquitos!). Now they want to share their idyllic and peaceful home with you. Drive down a dead-end road and pull up to a rustic cabin filled with high-tech and cozy amenities. We have something for everyone with a gas fireplace, tv (complete with dish, Cinemax, HBO and a Bluetooth sound system), board games and a full kitchen. Take a drink outside to soak in the hot tub or sit around the campfire. When the day is done, you will fall asleep instantly on the memory foam bed, either in the loft or the bedroom, and wake up to a beautiful sunrise looking out over your little getaway.

Dells Domes - Riverview Escape - Glamping Dome 4

Staying in a dome amidst nature is a unique experience. The circular structure offers an amazing view of the surroundings, with peaceful sounds of rustling leaves, chirping birds, and a flowing river below. The cozy dome has a queen size bed, night stands, a seating area, mini fridge, and a k-cup coffee maker & heater/ac. At night, the starry sky and nature's sounds lull you to sleep. Waking up, you feel refreshed, and the peaceful surroundings and breathtaking views leave a lasting impression.

Village Cozy Suite

Perfect place to land for a peaceful night of rest & away from the busyness of the Dells & other towns. It’s only a 1-2 blocks walk to some eateries. This space is attached to a garage, but not accessible to guests (lawn care items housed there). This suite is a rental space for sleeping quarters only; no backyard access. NO OVEN, NO STOVE TOP. (Hotel like room). Mini fridge available. Pullout beds are loveseats (twin beds). NO PETS! Violation is 2x reservation cost, plus damage recoup.

We designed this space for a warm, cozy getaway. The overall goal of the design was a connection with nature and with the one you love, highlighting the beauty of the Driftless region. Use the onsite sauna or outdoor tub for a unique experience. Connect with nature in the Driftless Area of SW Wisconsin, drive to one of the attractions from this central location including the House on the Rock, Taliesin, Devil’s Lake Park, and more. Bring your canine companion as well, there is acreage to roam.

Enjoy a weekend off the grid in our rustic cabin on 30 acres of wooded serenity. Watch the sunset on the covered porch, or relax around a campfire. Feel free to explore the woods taking a hike on the network of trails. Nearby you can visit winery's, Wildcat Mountain State Park, the Kickapoo Valley Reserve and more. The driftless region is known for great fishing, scenic drives through the hills and biking. Contact us about additional camp sites on the property for larger groups.

Gramps Getaway is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 Bath home five minutes from Richland Center, Featuring a new Amish made kitchen and lots of open spaces. Located on a quiet Lane, enjoy hiking, bicycling, or simply enjoy the quietness of country life. Gramps Getaway is a family friendly, all on one level home, You will enjoy the comfy gas fireplace in the Sun Room We have a gas grill on the back deck, lots of yard to roam and a life size Checker board and fire pit area for your enjoyment!

Outdoor Cedar hot tub & infrared sauna, heated outdoor shower, two king loft bedrooms, full kitchen, back deck with custom hibachi grill to watch sunrise and front covered deck to watch sunset. Indoor/ outdoor fire places. Wildflower fields.We try to give our couples priority booking when they rent our wedding venue 2 miles down the hill (Chapters on the Horizon) that is why we do not instant book.

Ridgetop Retreat

Enjoy the natural beauty of the Driftless Area in Richland County Wisconsin. This is a well-appointed, four season country farmhouse on a fully operational farm. The access to the Richland County snowmobile trails is less than 5 miles away. Goats and chickens are out your front door. Deer, turkey, and other wildlife are in abundance. All county and township roads are open to UTV traffic. Enjoy tranquil star-filled skies all year long!

Winding River Air BnB

We offer a private upstairs furnished AirBnB overlooking Wonewoc's business district. One queen bedroom, queen sofa sleeper, open kitchen, dining, and living area with Smart TV and WIFI. Winding River is located mid point of the 400 State Bike Trail and 40 minutes from Wisconsin Dells. Wonewoc is a small rural farming community on picturesque Hwy 33 between Madison and LaCrosse.along the Baraboo River.

This is your place to relax with the whole family in the Driftless. With south facing views of the Kickapoo River valley, this sunlit and energy efficient home is a perfect retreat. You may hear sandhill cranes, Canadian geese, white swans, spring peepers, and maybe even coyotes howling in the distance at dusk.
