The bathroom is updated with a large tub with shower. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, kettle, pots and pans. The smart tv contains Netflix , Crave that you can login in the bedroom and the TV in the living room has Shaw Direct and Apple TV .

The cabin homestead was crafted in 1847, before Canada was a country. With your significant other, family or friends, come cozy up to the fire, soak in the hot tub and enjoy swimming in the spring fed pond. Board games and movies are provided for your entertainment.

91 acres, trails, total privacy, spring fed lake, solar power/propane heated, gas stove top, out-house, firepit, wi-fi ; canoe/paddleboat (seasonally) Self check in and self cleaning For those who leave a "light foot print" Basic kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and dishes are provided, BUT guests must bring their own drinking water, pillows and bedding and ice for cooler. Nature enthusiasts welcome. We offer a large campsite complete with dock on a private nature reserve. Stay in a converted/restored century tourist cabin/hunt camp on the edge of Provincially Significant Wetlands & Woodlands and overlook 5 pristine acres of wetlands off the Pigeon River in the heart of the Kawarthas. All this is set on a 55 acre organic farm. We have a 10 kw solar panel, native plant nursery as well as heritage breed cattle, turkeys and chickens.

Pretty Stoney Lake Cabin Suite

Guests have their own cozy studio apartment, which is private and located on the ground floor with their own entrance. It does Not include the entire cabin. Has a kitchenette with BBQ outside. The Log Cabin is directly across from the Petroglyphs Provincial Park (May-Oct); however, you can hike all year long, even with the gates closed, and also down the road to Stoney Lake with full access to a public beach (May-Oct). Perfect getaway any time of the year.
