The rental place is first floor of our home and contains 2 private apartments, with huge shared balcony , which looks over spacious layout, and stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Our art studio with one bedroom is a separate building on main road with a garden. It is comfortable and has great aura located on Roubinyants st.. There are many shops round and 24 hours open supermarket. Easy to access to all major transportation. I can help you also with airport pick up/drop off and organize sightseeing/cultural tours in Yerevan and outside of it. There can be also traditional Armenian meal and cooking training from my mother's and grandma's receipts.
