It has a heated indoor pool so even in the winter time you can enjoy the water with view of the lake. There is a dock as well. So if you happen to want to enjoy the lake, you can. The house has its own boat ramp so if you want to bring your own boat you can. If not there are places to rent them from. Hope you come and enjoy our piece of paradise.

Located a few blocks from Hickory’s Union Square, this 1930’s bungalow offers convenient access to the Downtown shops and restaurants with the serenity and privacy of its enclosed garden yard which includes an outdoor cabana shower, patio and rock fire pit. There is a full laundry, dedicated den / office with walk-in closet. Queen bed in the master with twin beds in the second bedroom. Enjoy the large front porch with porch swing and sidewalk access.

Cozy cabin in the woods. You can anchor in and enjoy the peaceful quiet of the cove, sit by the fire, laze in the hammock. Or take advantage of being centrally located to many Lake Norman amenities. You'll have a personal dock to moor your own boat. Nearby marinas offer boat/jetski/paddle board rentals. There is a canoe and kayak on premises as well as various sized life jackets. Restaurants from pizza to upscale lake view dining are all close by. Full kitchen if you prefer to cook here.

Fun with the whole family in this newly renovated and stylish 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom brick ranch. The kitchen is fully stocked, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and other small appliances. Outside you will enjoy the propane grill and patio seating on a private lot. 2 animals welcome with a pet fee. We are compliant with health and safety guidelines for COVID-19.
