Property is on 145 acres and about a mile of Colorado River front. Surrounded by thousands more acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, and wildlife. Seven additional rentals on the property if the female hogan doesn't fit your needs.

The Caves at Moab - At Private Riverside Ranch

Yes, A CAVE! Built right into the red rock formations. The caves provide an incredibly unique experience for the more adventurous travelers. **THIS LOCATION IS 45 MINUTES FROM DOWNTOWN MOAB/ARCHES NP** Your cave is equipped with queen bed, kitchenette, sink, microwave, mini fridge, French press, BBQ grill, fire pit, stove burner, cooking basics (see photos.) A centrally located bath house with 4 private units is used by all guests on the property.
