Rilassati e ricaricati in quest'oasi di quiete ed eleganza con vista sul tramonto.Appartamento appena ristrutturato al secondo piano(scale) in villa di inizio 800,situato a 5 km da Alessandria,7 km da Valenza e a pochi km da bellissimi borghi del Monferrato.Inoltre in 30 minuti di auto si raggiunge l'Outlet di Serravalle Scrivia; in circa un' ora Milano ,Torino e Genova.All'arrivo sarete accolti da Birra,il cane più buono del mondo.Chi non gradisce i cani è pregato di segnalarlo anticipatamente.

Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

Ancient 18th century villa, built among the sweet, rolling hills of Monferrato, with panoramic views of vineyards, fields, forests and the spectacular Alps in the background, in a UNESCO world heritage land. Possibility of relaxing or sporting activities such as hiking, mountain biking, indoor climbing, horseback riding, golf and more. Swimming pool available for our guests. Meals from breakfast to dinner are bookable as an extra facility to your stay by the bistrot/restaurant of the tenuta.

"Casa Sole nasce dallo spirito di una casa sempre aperta, allegra e accogliente Anche quando c'era poco, il sole non mancava mai."parcheggio recintato visibile dalla finestra della camera da letto. Siccome li cortile comunica con il nostro consiglio di non fare la prenotazione se si ha un cane di grossa taglia per essere tranquilli entrambi le parti!
