La Guardiola, in tempi passati, era posta a difesa dell’ingresso a Porto Azzurro dal mare. Aveva due caratteristiche fondamentali: una vista estesa e dominante e l’accesso immediato al mare. La vista di rara bellezza, il mare che pervade ogni ambiente, la pace ed i profumi della macchia mediterranea, fanno di questo luogo un posto magico. Attualmente la struttura, di proprietà della nostra famiglia dal 1994, é una villa indipendente di 130 mq, circondata da un parco di oltre 1.000.

Si trova a 20 minuti da Firenze, 40 da Siena e 50 da Pisa, in pochi minuti si raggiunge Certaldo (città natale di Boccaccio) e Vinci (città natale di Leonardo Da Vinci). la casa è a metà strada tra Montespertoli e San Casciano (7km).
